Pam’s experience and training in psychology,
counselling and supervision underpins her coaching work. The
relationship is collaborative providing a positive arena in
which to learn, understand, make decisions and achieve goals
Her philosophy of coaching considers the unique meanings a
person assigns to their experiences. Meanings are based on
values and beliefs and become the backdrop to the work.
She developed an interest in diversity & culture in relation
to loss, including loss of self after trauma. Some of her
work is published in ‘Working Inter-culturally in Counselling
